About your New Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our friendly, innovative, and pet-passionate team. In this newly created role, you'll lead exciting initiatives to build & strengthen our brands, including event management, content creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Some responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to build and strengthen brand identity, defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Manage all aspects of event and trade show planning and execution, including logistics coordination, booth designs, and promotional materials.
- Oversee end-to-end content creation, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned material.
- Maintain consistent branding across product lines.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and sales for brand representation.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends for innovative brand management.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or similar role.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience launching or building a brand.
- Experience in managing events and trade shows.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and autonomously.
