We are inviting a driven Brand & Marketing Manager to balance Strategy & Creativity with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment.
Working directly with the founders, within the executive team as the sole Marketing resource in this small and highly effective team - you will build a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up, shaping the brand story and driving thought leadership.
What you'll be doing >
- Craft and execute a B2B & B2B2C marketing strategy across multiple channels (website, social media, video, PR).
- Create educational content that empowers stakeholders (property managers, landlords, tenants, electricians) about the product's value proposition.
- Design an automation strategy that enhances the marketing and sales pipeline.
- Secure press coverage in targeted publications, elevating the company's narrative.
- Track, analyse and refine marketing initiatives based on data.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, scripting, storytelling).
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
- CRM and marketing automation tools proficiency.
- Experience in the B2B or B2B2C sector.
- Project management, agency & offshore resources management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with a flair for storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
