In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating Mazda’s sponsorship properties, events, and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include assisting with dealer launches, brand activations, and customer events, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials to dealers. You will also be involved with managing the Mazda Brand Portal and dealer advertising portal, supporting consumer promotions and pre-launch campaigns, and developing promotional merchandise.
Additionally, the role includes coordinating dealer showroom facilities, processing purchase orders and invoices, managing the corporate uniform range, and providing support for marketing inquiries. Liaising with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-brand delivery of materials, and providing administrative support to senior marketing staff are also essential tasks.
This role requires in-office presence four days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
About you
You possess a tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related discipline, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing or business environment that has equipped you to work independently on projects. Your background includes collaborating with external agencies, demonstrating your strong project management and negotiation skills. You excel in written and verbal communication and have proven abilities in planning and prioritizing tasks effectively.
