Since it launched in July 2022, customer nurture has proved to be highly successful and is embedded as a normal part of our day-to-day activities. There are massive gains to be realised in customer nurture in our future evidently, as we upgrade our processes, systems and thinking.Client Account Manager
Based on the success of customer nurture, Valiant is growing the Client Account Management team. Account Managers are entirely focused on managing a portfolio of mature Valiant accounts, to generate new business and revenue (and will not take any opportunities from the hunt line). This team is uniquely positioned to succeed and expect effective Account Managers will rapidly progress through to Senior Brokers throughout the course of 2024.
This is a perfect role if you are an existing broker or have experience working with a non bank lender within a sales or business lending position.
About the team
At this stage, there are 8 Account Managers that form a tight-knit team to unlock high-value customer nurture accounts. We are looking to expand and develop the team to run at a higher capacity alongside other broker teams.
About the role
▪ Manage portfolio of Valiant accounts to generate new business and revenue
▪ Work closely with your peers and manager to plan, build, and execute on repeat business sourcing strategies
▪ Make outbound and inbound calls to key Valiant customers
▪ Own and manage opportunities from check-in to settlement, liaising/referring to other teams where necessary
▪ Nurture relationships with existing customers post settlement and their advisers (accountants, brokers, etc.)
