We are seeking a Broker Support/Loan Processor to work in an up and coming mortgage broking business based on the Sunshine Coast.
With a nation-wide client base, this fast-paced family business is looking for someone who is prepared to grow with the business.
The role:
We are looking for a well organised and efficient individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be working alongside our Mortgage Broker/Director to assist our clients throughout their finance journey. You will lead a small team of administration/processor to give our clients the best communication and experience possible.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Liaise with clients and banks from initial enquiry through to post settlement
- Maintaining CRM system
- Reviews
- Office management
Suitable candidates must demonstrate:
- Previous experience in mortgage brokerage/ banking / finance
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A high attention to detail
- A solid work ethic and motivation to get in and get the job done
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Flex and Apply-Online systems
- Knowledge of CRM system Brokerengine is advantage
- Registered JP/C.Dec (advantage but not essential)
This is a permanent position with remuneration dependent on experience.
