About the Position
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced home loan support professionals to join our broker introduced business to deliver quality loan application support and service.
This is an essential and high-volume area which handles both inbound and outbound calls to support our brokers and clients in the processing of home loan applications by utilising our in-house technology and systems.
We can also offer a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of work from the Brisbane CBD office and home. All initial training would be conducted within the office environment.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound phone calls from our broker network;
- Provide prompt and accurate responses throughout the home loan application process;
- Liaise directly with varying parties to obtain applicable information, documentation or clarification as required;
- Manage a pipeline of home loan applications simultaneously;
- Deliver exceptional support and service for the entire loan application process through to settlement;
- Pro-actively manage escalations and ensure the broker and BDM are across any potential issues which require action and/or resolution; and
- Meet all SLA's and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
About You
We are seeking proven and highly motivated individuals with experience in the Home Lending industry and exposure to a busy sales support and service environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Home Lending, ideally in a fast paced, high volume phone environment;
- Posses a solid understanding of mortgage deals, credit principles and loan application documentation;
- Efficiently problem solve and present quick and workable solutions throughout the process;
- Strong attention to detail with a focused approach and driven work ethic is essential; and
- Maintain exceptional levels of support and service delivery.
