As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking for an enthusiastic Property/Leasing and Building Manager, to join our team in Southport, Gold Coast.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Property Manager/ Building Manager looking for a change, who is interested in a more client focused, hands on role as a Property/Leasing Manager, which includes Building Management.
The role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, liaise with contractors on maintenance issues, site inspections, residential property management, Leasing and more.
You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration.
Role requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in property or building Management
- You must hold a Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License
- Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies
- A passion for real estate and building management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
- A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus
