Summary:
The Construction Assessor Project Manager is responsible for Inspecting property Damages, preparing and submitting detailed reports, scope of works and costings. Managing the repair process, in line with scope and budget, manage project progress, coordinate procurement of trades, ensure compliance safety, and build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of properties, preparing and submitting reports, scope of works and costings to Clients
- Select subcontractors and establish project team with other construction professionals
- Manage project progress, timelines, budgets whilst meeting deadlines and KPI
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits and WHS
- Ensure construction work is carried out within budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all staff involved in the project
