You will be required to liaise directly with our clients to guide them through the administration and approvals process. The role will include, but is not limited to the finalization of client contract documentation, the preparation and assessment of land and finance approvals.
To be a successful candidate for this role you will require:
- Prior experience in the project building or finance industry preferred
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly professional approach to your work
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisation skills
