Responsibilities:
- Support contract managers to ensure agreements align with KPIs
- Monitor, audit, and analyse contract performance
- Provide commercial support during contractor review meetings
- Refine contract scopes to meet business needs and budgets
- Oversee end-to-end tender process
- Ensure compliance with Victorian Government Purchasing Board guidelines
- Tertiary or technical qualifications in relevant disciplines
- 2+ years' experience in supply or operational role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (essential)
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Arcus system (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes and engage with stakeholders confidently
- Experience running public sector tenders
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
