Due to business growth, the opportunity has risen to take on an experiencedBuilding Designer/Technician/Draughtsperson, who will add value and growth to our business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Skilled Building Designer/ Technician/Draughtsperson, with a minimum 5 years of work experience, who can work on a diverse range of projects in partnership with our clients, developers, engineers, and builders, delivering the expected ‘view of value and return’ for our clients.

The successful candidate will need to: -

• Be proficient in ArchiCad, and be able to produce accurate drawings, from inception to completion;
• have a strong understanding of construction, building regulations, and standards – National Code of Construction (NCC);
• have the ability to produce timely and accurate drawings/designs and 3D renders with TwinMotion in line with our client’s brief, site constraints, and budget;
• be self-motivated to work on your own, as well as on team projects, having the ability to oversee the quality and presentation of design work;
• be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, including visual, written, and verbal, as liaising with Clients is a must;
• Pay Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve, whilst having excellent time-management skills;
• Be reliable and have the knowledge and experience to problem solve and deliver according to our client’s expected requirements.
