Looking for a varied administrative role in the construction industry?
We are well-established niche residential building company seeking someone to join our small team.
We need a self-motivated person to provide assistance across a broad range of tasks, including construction scheduling, general administration and estimating support.
To be successful in this role, it is considered essential that you:
- Are highly organised
- Have exceptional communication and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Have a high degree of attention-to-detail and accuracy
Reporting to the Project Manager, the position would include:
- Some reception duties and general office administration
- Assisting with safety documentation management
- Purchase order and estimating assistance
- Trade scheduling and onsite coordination assistance
- Maintenance scheduling and coordination
- Maintaining key data bases
- Social media management
The ability to work cohesively within this busy but friendly team, and a talent for prioritising a high number of varied tasks are key attributes we are looking for.
Experience in the residential building industry is highly desirable.
The position is full time, however, flexible or reduced hours may be available to the right applicant.
