Expanding our design team you would be responsible for working with clients from concept stage to construction. Working as part of our pre-contract team means shared responsibility, supporting one another in delivering exceptional quality, punctuality, budget adherence, and defect-free results.

The scope of this role includes;
- Residential architectural design and documentation preparation
- Working with clients to achieve their dream design and keep the process moving
- 3D Modelling in Revit and Sketchup
- Leveraging your IT and CAD skills to assist with data collection and cross checking for Estimating
- Checking and matching up architectural drawings with returned engineering plans
- Liaising with consultants and internal team members to resolve discrepancies and problems
- Carrying out preliminary NatHERS reporting in First Rate 5 (training provided, a bonus if you are already competent)
Do you think you might have these skills?
- Design flair and experience (minimum 3 years experience in client facing designer/architecture role)
- Confidence working with clients to meet their brief, review and change drawings to reflect their project needs
- Good knowledge of building terminology
- Interest in leveraging your IT and CAD skills into Estimating
- High level of comfort and speed in Revit and Sketchup (weighted more heavily to Revit)
You must have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients.
