An exceptional opportunity has become available to join Council’s Development Services Team.
Council offers experience in a rural area featuring a portion of the internationally renowned Barossa Valley, iconic historic townships and settlements and the Roseworthy Township Expansion that comprises residential and employment land, providing a diversity of development assessment and inspection opportunities.
The Building Surveyor will undertake assessments of development applications and required inspections during construction and support the Building Coordinator.

What we need:- A degree qualified professional with knowledge with the National Construction Code, Plan SA Portal and current processes.
- An Accredited Professional (Level 2 or 3).
