We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.About the roleWe are looking for a multi-talented Building/Facilities Manager to ensure that services meets the needs of the workers by inspecting and repairing electrical or plumbing problems. The primary responsibility are security and maintenance.An NV1 security clearance is required for this role.About youResponsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Uses data centre management tools to produce management information on power, cooling and space and investigate issues where necessary.
  • Carries out routine audit and checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates the implementation of mandatory electrical safety testing.
  • Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspecting buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities and the agreed program.
  • Partnering with the Entities/Stakeholder(s)
  • Proactively deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop a trusted partner to enable you to be the point of contact for Facilities Management within the entities.
  • Ensuring everyone stays safe
Requirements:
  • NV1 Baseline Security Clearance as a minimum.
  • Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • Qualifications in Facility Management advantageous but not required.
