Your new role As a Building Manager you will be corresponding and communicating with owners, tenants, contractors, strata management, property managers and various others, complaint handling and resolution, ensuring by-law compliance, managing the day-to-day working operations of the building/s, working with management and owners to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a superior standard in terms of cleanliness and overall appearance plus much more. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position you will:
Have experience in residential or commercial property real estate/facilities management
Understanding a building and its management
Have strong relationship building skills
Be experienced at managing minor projects
Trade qualification or extensive building and construction experienced (beneficial not essential)
