Your new role
As a Building Manager you will be corresponding and communicating with owners, tenants, contractors, strata management, property managers and various others, complaint handling and resolution, ensuring by-law compliance, managing the day-to-day working operations of the building/s, working with management and owners to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a superior standard in terms of cleanliness and overall appearance plus much more.
