Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Administration Intern who is super organised, tech savvy, process-oriented and driven to try their hand at a variety of different tasks. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the design and implementation of a new employee onboarding platform. This will involve the design and development of business processes, workflows, checklists, and induction training materials. You may also assist with other Business Administration tasks such as the maintenance of MS Word templates, and anything else that suits your skillset. This paid internship runs for a period of 200 hours from Jul-Nov 2024.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with design and development of new onboarding processes, workflows and checklists.
- Collate, review and revise induction training materials.
- Assist with the maintenance of company report templates (MS Word).
- A range of other Business Administration tasks that may arise.
Requirements
Essential
- A Bachelor of Business (in progress) with a relevant major e.g. Leadership and Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable
- Ability to learn new software quickly and independently
- Experience in MS Visio and flowchart development

- Work Hours: 200 hours from Jul-Nov, days and times are flexible/negotiable
- Pay Rate: $35.50 per hour (including casual loading)
