Our client, a locally owned Building and Construction company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join their team as a Business Administration Trainee.
As a Business Administration Trainee, you'll embark on an exciting learning journey where you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll be supported by experienced team members who are passionate about helping you develop the skills you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Learn to use software and computer programs for data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Support the team with organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes when required.
- Gain insight into financial procedures such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
