Reporting to the Branch Administration Supervisor and working closely with the onsite administration team you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand our expanding business, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of Administration services. This is a 24-month Maximum Term Contract aligned to the completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration, based in Redcliffe. Duties Responsibilities include: Answering and responding to incoming phone call and enquiries/reception Taking messages and managing emails Assisting in accounts-related tasks, administrative duties and prioritising tasks Exposure to Asset/Capex Process Support with monthly reporting Assist with Timesheet processing/entry Assist with processing expense claims/credit card reconciliation Data entry, filing and scanning Skills & Experience About You Warm and friendly manner & great communication skills General knowledge of administration procedures desirable Competency in Microsoft Office including word, Excel, Outlook & Internet Explorer desirable Driver's license and reliable transport High level of accuracy in both literacy and numeracy Superior analytical skills coupled with sound computer skills Willingness to use initiative and strive to work effectively with various people and areas of the business Benefits Why you should join Liebherr’s team?
