This position presents an exciting opportunity to engage in diverse tasks and the administration office, supporting our Host Employer. This role is essential in providing assistance to both internal and external customers, offering valuable experience in a dynamic setting. The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business – Administration whilst gaining hands on experience. This role includes customer service, data entry, reporting, and maintenance of filing systems—providing real-world skills within a supportive work environment. Responsibilities: Accurately document and record maintenance activity Enter timesheets for employees and subcontractors Assist managers in creating and maintaining rosters Skills Required: Strong organisational and planning skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Clear and logical thinking, with the ability to follow detailed procedures and checklists without distraction Adaptability to change and willingness to accommodate a flexible working approach to daily duties Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with colleagues, management, and clients Ability to meet deadlines and gauge the importance/urgency of matters, making independent decisions on action to be taken Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support team objectives Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment Benefits: Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both workshop and administrative tasks Training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career advancement You will need…
