THE ROLE
As a Business Administration Trainee at Edge Equipment, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid foundation in various aspects of business operations. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will be exposed to a wide range of administrative tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Support various departments with operations coordination and administrative support.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as accurate data entry and handling phone/office based enquiries.
- Parts ordering and stock control management.
- Learning and utilising office software and systems effectively.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising company events.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements for the role:
- Attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
