The opportunity…
- This Business Administration position is full time, permanent role working from our Head office in Belrose NSW.
- The role is reporting to our General Manager Commercial Operations and will be part of the Commercial, Legal, and Facilities team.
- This is an ideal opportunity to work side by side with a highly motivated and productive group whilst utilising your related knowledge and skills in a high functioning business environment.
- This role would ideally suit a highly motivated and productive person who enjoys working within a dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Insurance information collation, internally and externally.
- Record maintenance.
- Coordination of document signing and execution.
- Arranging purchase orders invoice payments, creation of vendor codes within our SAP system.
- Providing status reports.
- Electronic and paper-based filing of legal documentation.
- Maintenance and renewal of company IP.
- General administrative tasks as required.
- Contracts and Compliance admin support.

Experience required:
