FMA Partners are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our wonderful admin department and expert team of accountants! This is a 6 Month Contract with the Ability to become permanent.
We specialise in providing the very best in Business, Strategic & Tax advice, and pride ourselves on bringing the WOW to our clients on a daily basis.
We have an incredible team of people at our Caringbah office which is growing all the time (we are definitely not your average accounting firm which you will see for yourself when we meet!).

Full time, 6 Month Contract with the Ability to become permanent based on excellent performance.
About the role:
We want someone who will love the opportunity to be the first point of contact at our office, both for incoming calls and greeting our clients in person.
You will provide support to our team & clients and make sure that everything in our office runs smoothly every day - including scanning documents and preparing letters for our team. Having an eye for detail is a must!
It would be great if you have 1-3 years of office administration experience but what is really important is your attitude. We want someone who is highly motivated and is passionate about delivering the best for our clients.
You must be rock solid with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word & Excel.
