Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a motivated Intermediate Level Accountant to join our growing team. Someone who has a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a professional accounting practice, working in Australian Tax and Accounting, Business Services or Consulting.
ROLE SUMMARY
Our Business Advisory Team are collaborative problem solvers working closely with clients to offer real solutions. You will be involved in analysing client business performance, conducting business valuations, strategic planning, developing business plans, shareholder and partner agreements, restructuring entities for tax or other benefits, succession planning, employee ownership options, and protecting the business owners’ assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing client relationships.
- Preparing advice to a diverse client base.
- Conducting research and data analysis.
- Preparation of business valuations.
- Preparation of projections – 3-way models.
- Attend client meetings.
- Liaising with other team members and external professionals as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2+ years professional accounting practice experience in Australian Tax & Accounting, Consulting or Business Services.
- CA/CPA qualified is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality advice for clients.
