About the Position
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Liontown is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Analysis Manager to join our Finance division at our West Perth Head Office. As the Business Analysis Manager, you will oversee Liontown's corporate models and provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will also lead and mentor a business analyst, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and contribute to strategic planning processes with data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, generating regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritise Business Analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of results and collaborating with IT and other departments for improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a business analyst, providing training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
About You
- Minimum of 8 years in Business Analysis or a related field, with experience in the mining sector being advantageous.
- Proven track record of leading successful Business Analysis projects and knowledge of equity and debt products and markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Formal financial modelling or Financial Analyst training desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced financial modelling skills, valuation analysis capabilities, and excellent project management.
- Leadership abilities, and effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
