Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst at Park Bong Sook, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive analysis of operational data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and challenges, and providing data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Developing and implementing effective reporting systems and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial and analytical support to the management team.
Participating in strategic planning sessions and contributing to the development of business strategies.
Leading and managing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
Overseeing marketing initiatives and assisting in the development of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Managing website maintenance, ensuring content is up-to-date, and optimizing the user experience.
Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure Park Bong Sook remains competitive.
Requirements:To excel in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Knowledge of the restaurant industry and its key metrics is highly advantageous.
