About the Role
Role & Team Overview
We have an exciting Business Analyst role in our Operations and Corporate Technology space. You will be responsible for working within the Ops Architecture & Delivery team to deliver value to Australia's largest energy provider. You will contribute to 'keeping the lights on' and be a part of a dynamic team, with a flexible working environment, as we implement technologies transition for Australia's energy future.
The role ensures the development of business solutions, process mapping, requirements gathering, operational support guides and project and architecture assistance to enable project/s to be successful.
What you'll be doing
Requirements gathering, business and Service Support Guide development, process mapping & documenting processes.
Participate in the delivery of various approved business solutions.
Ensure business solutions are fit for purpose and align to technology standards/guidelines.
Assist the transition of business solutions into production.
Data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and prepare & present dashboards & reports.
About you
Demonstrated experience working within teams and delivery functions.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and investigatory skills.
Requirements gathering, process mapping and good documentation skills.
Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work within constraints.
Experience with Power BI and other Reporting platforms would be advantageous.
