- Full-time maximum term position up until June 2025
- Salary based on experience, range: $98,902 -$123,624 plus super
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role:
The role will be a member of the project team implementing the Better Data for Services and Demand Modelling program of work which aims to improve our data governance, develop uniform standard operating procedures, and strengthen our organisational capacity to set performance targets and increase our strategic modelling/forecasting capacity.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- As a key liaison between the business and PCMO, ensure business needs are translated effectively to organisational business procedures, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop an understanding of VLA's business operations to scope and map the development of uniform standard operating procedures that provide guidance on data capture processes and clarity to managers and staff on their roles and responsibilities.
- Identify, analyse, and document business processes, data and requirements while recognising dependencies and related issues from multiple areas in business domains.
- Work with the PCMO team to create innovative solutions for business problems by developing new systems or improving existing ones. Identify and recommend process improvements within project management to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, KPIs, and metrics, to provide visibility into project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
