The Role
Join us as a Business Analyst at our Contract Logistics facility in Laverton North. In this vital role, you'll help the organisation analyse their data and processes to find cost-effective, timely, efficient, and high-quality solutions to improve their operations. In addition, you will identify processes that would benefit from RPA optimisation.
Role Highlights
- Complete billing requirements for multiple DC's as requested and new customers
- Establish KPI data measurements
- Analyse operations data, P&L Reports and identify non-compliance and over performance to LSA/KPI and opportunity for business improvements across all sites.
- Monitor and perform random audit on preventive actions taken
- Produce a daily dashboard of KPIs for each section of the DC operations
- Produce accurate internal and external reports as requested.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain industry
- Previous experience in 3PL customer relationship management
- Sound knowledge of finance/P&L Management
- Sound understanding of logistics systems
- Sound knowledge of relevant industry legislation
- Previous experience in the Warehouse Environment
