The Business Analyst is critical in making this happen and will provide requirements, risk and data analysis to assist in implementation and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure security compliance obligations are met in an acceptable timeframe. Knowledge of the Service Accounts, SMB protocol and NTLM & WDigest Authentication is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Priorities
- Manage service account owners for password remediation project
- Complete SMB protocol client-server update
- Complete NTLMv1 / WDigest server update
- Work with Release Leads and Business Analysts to achieve initiative goals
You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing workshops and approvals with stakeholders from across Security Domain.
- Complete documents required on ANZ Delivery Framework controls.
- Elaboration of requirements, testing and implementation of SMB update, NTLM & WDigest Authentication update.
- Managing approvals with stakeholders, including IT Application owners and Server owners, across the
- Participation in the design of customer journeys and development of customer value propositions and communications.
- Contribution to continuous improvement and productivity.
Role Location: 30F MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
Shift Schedule: Normal business hours and on-call support
Role Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
First and foremost we are looking for passionate people who are problem solvers (who put the customer at the heart of everything we do), with analytical minds that can think creatively and solve complex problems. From here you will bring;
- Deep business analysis skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environments
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Experience in process mapping and conducting requirements gathering workshops. Writing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
- Ability to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes & identify capability gaps (people, process and technological).
- Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate
- Interest in and affinity for Technology
