Right now, we’re seeking a Business Analyst - Data Consultant who will play their part in this shared purpose. Someone with the right skills and expertise, as well as attitude and openness to new ideas, that help advance positive outcomes for the organisation, their colleagues, and themselves.
About the role
The Business Analyst - Data Consultant is responsible for performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using the available data to improve business efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Working closely with cross functional teams, this role is responsible for generating actionable insights to further improve the TAC’s service delivery and discover opportunities to drive decision-making related to our Values Based Health Care work.
The Business Analyst Data Consultant will be experienced in working in an Agile BI environment, delivering iterative and incremental value within a cross functional environment, and will preferably have experience working with Kimball data modelling techniques (star-schemas).

The Business Intelligence Team are high performing, collaborative and supportive. You will be supported by a manager who values your contribution, and champions you to achieve personal and business goals.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated technical knowledgeDemonstrated ability to translate complex technical documents such as Data Models, Solution Architecture, Functional/ Non-Functional Requirements; and the ability to create solution design between technical specialists and business users in an Agile Dev Ops environment.
Proven Leader
Proven experience in a role that encompasses a coaching and leadership element. Ensure that your business and system knowledge is transferred to other Business Analysts and relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
An ability to create strong working relationships with appropriate key business resources to ensure that a broad cross-section of opinion and experience is available.
