The ACT Government is undertaking a whole of government digital transformation program of it's service delivery using Salesforce as the main delivery platform.
Role Description:
They are looking to hire a Business Analyst with strong experience in co-design and development of user-centric customer facing digital services - to become part of the ACT Digital delivery team for an initial 12 months with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities include:
- Lead business analysis processes from project inception to delivery; which provide forward thinking solutions that increase government efficiency and productivity
- Work with business stakeholders and development teams to capture and document clear requirements (both functional and technical), develop service journey experiences and service design.
- Map business processes and compile Business Process Diagrams - work towards the redesign of business processes
- Provide documentation including:
- concept intent and outcomes statements
- current state and future state service depictions
- user journeys, process and information flows
- benefits realisation plans
- service and system requirements/specifications
- privacy and consent
- test cases/scripts
- system/service performance support material and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate project requirements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and perform functional testing to ensure the quality of the user experience and coordinate remediation of issues in production
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital process design and improvement to enable services - solid experience conducting process mapping exercises and business process optimisation
- Experience in documenting functional and technical specifications and covering end to end solutions
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation related to digital service design and delivery
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM / workflow platforms
- Proven analytical abilities and experience developing Business Cases, Business, Customer and Data Journey Maps, Business Requirements Specifications, Feature/Functional Specifications and Non-Functional Specifications
