Your new role
You'll be working within a specific project team working towards a new payment incentive which will support community health assessments and care plans, linking practices, providers, and residents in a streamlined manner. As a part of your new role, you will be providing design advice, producing specific documentation and process maps, to support the execution of a user-lead incentive.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the following:
- Have demonstrated experience in the health industry, either from the public or private sector
- Produced detailed process maps, project documentation, and support project execution
- Ideally, worked across complex payment systems or schemes previously.
- Have the capacity to obtain a Baseline security if required
What you'll get in return
A contracting opportunity with ASAP start until EoFY, with an extension available pending final approval and funding.
