Job Description:
Our team is actively seeking a talented IT Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our growing Australian based team. This role is ideal for individuals with comprehensive experience in understanding business requirements, evaluating technical solutions, exploring improvement opportunities, developing business cases, and recommending effective solutions to support project delivery and meet business goals.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid background in ERP/CRM systems and IT implementation projects, understand business requirements, business process modelling, and crafting business cases using clear, non-technical language. Strong focus on execution and delivering quantifiable results meeting project deadlines is essential. The candidate should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and influence skills, using a friendly and objective approach to involve all project team members effectively.
The ability to manage multiple projects, multitasking, managing shifting priorities are crucial for this position. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a changing environment and is committed to achieving excellence delivering outstanding results to our customers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive implementation and support experience with one or more of the following systems: Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Cin7, SalesForce, Sage, Zoho, Syspro ERP/CRM.
- Extensive experience in business process, requirements, and GAP analysis assessment.
- Clear understanding and experience in project methodologies, solution design and UTA testing process.
- Experience deploying and supporting ERP/CRM systems for manufacturing, wholesale, and services industries.
- Experience with eCommerce and website platforms such Odoo, Shopify, Wordpress and WooCommerce.
- Experience in data import and migration.
- Experience in application and database version upgrades process.
- Solid understating how API’s and EDI’s integrations works.
- Solid understanding of application and database servers.
- Proficient skills writing functional and technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Business, Outlook, and Mobile technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive & Share-point applications.
- Solid knowledge in cybersecurity and security best industry practices.
- Familiar with password management applications.
- Strong writing and verbal communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate grace under pressure.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- At least four years of work experience deploying, customising, and supporting ERP/CRM projects, is preferred.
- Must be proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
- Must have a driver's license and own a car.
