SalaryJoin our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you will work independently and collaboratively as part of the Service improvement team to support the delivery of business analysis services contributing to business and service architecture across QSS. The Service Improvement team are part of the broader QSS Service Delivery team and is responsible for leading the identification of business solutions and business process analysis to ensure QSS business and system solutions deliver optimised and secure shared corporate services. The role reports to the Manager, Portfolio Management Office, Service Improvement.

In the vibrant hub of the Service Improvement team, you champion open communication and proactively identify, develop, and champion business improvement opportunities. Engaging in collaborative workshops with diverse stakeholders, you navigate the landscape of benefits, outcomes, risks, and issues, paving the way for exciting business improvements and projects. Your hands-on approach extends to the delivery of smaller yet impactful activities, focusing on process enhancement.
