The Service Improvement team are part of the broader QSS Service Delivery team and is responsible for leading the identification of business solutions and business process analysis to ensure QSS business and system solutions deliver optimised and secure shared corporate services. The role reports to the Manager, Portfolio Management Office, Service Improvement.
