We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Transformation Office and support a wide range of initiatives as they are prepared for delivery into our business. This position will focus on transformation & Remediation Plan.

A few of your responsibilities
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager regarding prioritisation and estimation of levels of effort, and risk and cost of implementation.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
- Assist in defining the vision and scope of assigned projects in alignment with project timelines and budget
- Ensure close adherence to timelines in order to meet project and business requirements
- Assist with business case preparation
What we are looking for
- Advanced analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, specifically in process management and documentation.
- Adaptability to change to embrace the continuous changes in IT.
- Previously worked in Risk and/or Compliance projects
- Regulatory experience
