Business Analyst

Reporting to the CEO, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Processing the data and identifying what is 'out of place'
• Investigating the 'why' by digging into the data (live and historical), speaking to the department leads, and reviewing the production and manufacturing processes - eg. finding the high/unallocated labour hours and determining why
• Conducting in-depth analysis and identifying inefficiencies/areas for improvements
• Utilising data-driven insights to propose strategic and tactical recommendations for process enhancements and proactively anticipate areas of concern
• Partner with and provide support to the Continuous Improvement Manager around change readiness assessments and optimised process documents
• Cross-collaborating and support capability up-lift across departments
• Leading data analysis, system integrations and support, including data cleansing and testing

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• CA/CPA Qualification, desired
• Proven experience working in a production and/or manufacturing environment including materials and processes
• Strong financial and analytical background
• Proficient data reporting and analysis (Power BI), essential
• Experience with a complete end-to-end ERP system, Epicor is advantageous
