The purpose of this role is to partner with the Woolworths 360 business support teams in an agile manner to best support i) optimal capital management and commercial outcomes associated within a Value Engineering program (360VE), as well as ii) BIG W investment management / submissions and insights from those investments. In Woolworths 360 we design, develop and innovate the retail stores of the future across construction, operations, sustainability, data, refrigeration, and everything in between.

The role is responsible for providing best-in-class cost management practices (supporting data & insights) with an end-to-end perspective across Woolworths 360, and validating the work the team completes to the highest standard. The role will also be responsible for periodically reporting on performance of the operations and programs overall to identify and analyse themes, key trends and actionable insights to be shared and acted upon by the broader 360 business support teams.
