Skills and experience needed:
3+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience in agile methodologies (Must) and acceptance testing.Experience with Retail domain is preferrable.Working experience with Salesforce is preferrable.Work with the business directly, run workshops, work across multiple tech teams and co-ordinate and provide clarity.Experience in developing business cases, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements Expert and knowledgeable in gathering requirements from group of stakeholders using various techniques for a project or processGood with documentation and process modelling techniques Experience on process discovery, process mining tool is desirableKnowledge in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)Knowledge of the RPA platform(s) / Automation is added advantage.Effective communication skills, both written and oral, along with good stakeholder engagement skillsIndependent, self-driven, highly organizedProblem solving attitude, Analytical skills.Job Details:Location – MelbourneCandidate must have valid working rights in Australia to apply for this job. Responsibilities: Running workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.Develop Detail As-Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detail To-Be Process DescriptionWork closely with business and technical team to bridge the requirement and solution gapsCalculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates and perform initial prioritizationSupporting existing processes and implementing improvementsEnsure change management processes are clearly documented, communicated, and executed, Supporting Operations Teams during the transition to BAU stagesDevelop high level implementation roadmap/ plan for Automation Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.Knowledge Management and maintenance of collaborative information stores.Provides continuous updates to stakeholders during project deliverySupport UAT and evaluation of automated processes / projectArticulating the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) AND building strong client relationships by delivering outstanding value through automationIdentify automation opportunities, analyze business processes, reengineer process to improve and optimize the AS-IS processPerform automation high level assessment including financial benefits, risk reduction and provide solution to process owners to deploy automation in consultation with technical teamQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant qualification in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
