About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Acquire and apply extensive knowledge of DHA's business operations and enterprise applications to gather business requirements for systems development, maintenance and enhancement.
- Demonstratable experience analysing entities that operate short and long term property asset management lifecycles.
- Demonstratable experience in understanding and leveraging the capabilities of finance management systems including TM1 and TechnologyOne
- Drive evolution of business capabilities that support asset management, and that affect organisational policies, processes and ICT systems
- Support business design activities including workshop facilitation, and stakeholder presentations
- Analyse, interpret and compose business rules and requirements into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and other technical documents including offering specialist advice in the context of the solution design and business process improvement.
- Conduct and assist with definition, analysis and testing of business systems including the investigation and resolution of application system problems.
- Prepare, document and quality review workflows for new or enhanced systems.
- Advise on methods to improve processes and remove non value-add activities.
Contract: 12 months with extensions available
Salary: $120 ph inc Super
Must have baseline security clearance
