This full-time position can be based at our Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville or Cairns Nguma-bada campus. Remuneration is $86,638 - $95,805 with up to 17% superannuation.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
In this opportunity you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and user support of effective and efficient business processes to maintain continued system improvements across JCU. In doing so you will: define and document requirements; define, analyse, and document current and future state business processes; inform solution design; and develop test plans and participate in product testing. This role will maintain strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet University business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
To ensure success in this role, you will hold degree qualifications and have experience in business process re-engineering and a capacity to undertake complex system analysis. Significant organization, time management and problem solving skills, coupled with high level communication skills and ability to review and implement business improvement initiatives are core requirements of this role. This successful candidate will also be familiar with software testing and working in a large and complex enterprise environment. It would be advantageous to hold knowledge of BPMN, experience with Agile methodology and to have worked in Higher Education.
