Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and systems, uncovering areas for improvement and recommending appropriate action.
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; document and effectively communicate the results of your efforts.
- Formulate system requirements, plans, and documentation.
