Business Architect

Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking Business Architect to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment.About the role:As Business Architect, you will be the operational owner of the future state of client journey. You will play a critical role in representing this journey as a design input into the various projects which are in aggregate delivering the Agency's Service Reform. In addition, you will:

• Present future state of Customer Journey for diverse audiences as required
• Update future state of Customer Journey, reflecting scope and concept design from the Agency Service Reform Projects.
• Work with service designers, explaining future state and ensuring designs align with the future state.
• Participate in design workshops representing future state.
• Raise risks with executive where designs are not congruent with the future state Customer Journey.
• Advocate that designs should progress towards, or achieve, future state.
• Work with technology partners, ensuring that technology changes support the future state Customer Journey

About you:The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Business Architect role, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Previous background within a a government or healthcare environment is a plus!
• Strong experience in Customer Journey Mapping and Design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• $754.20 per day + super
