Key responsibilities:
- Reception duties: Answering, screening & directing calls, greeting clients
- Ensure the office is kept tidy and presentable
- Book travel requirements for staff
- General administrative tasks
- Support the management and Business Support teams with day-to-day administration tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- Director of first impressions, so presentation is important
- Strong administration skills across all aspects of office coordination.
- Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat.
- InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent computer program knowledge preferred
- Organised, and able to prioritise effectively;
- Liaising & developing strong relationships with peers, clients and consultants;
- Excellent communication skills;
- To be eligible for this role you must live and be able to work in Australia.
