Your Role: Facebook Ads / Media Buying Coach
We're seeking a Coach who aligns with our vision and can bring the missing piece to our team. With established frameworks, templates, and a comprehensive training plan, we need someone passionate about coaching, supporting, and holding gym owners accountable to our high standards.
This is not an agency role.
This is not a media buying role.
We are an Academy that coaches our clients on the business skills they need to propel themselves to the top of the industry. So you will be using your media buying experience to coach up our clients on how they can take control of their lead generation by mastering their own marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Join our IMPACT team (Client Success team) and conduct live coaching calls with our clients. What's working right now, how to implement it in their gym, new marketing strategies to roll out, plus also the tactical advice on how to optimise and drive better performance from existing campaigns
- Teach our frameworks, drive implementation, and track results (not just cpl and lead flow, but sales conversion too to ensure we are helping our clients generate quality leads who buy)
- Work closely with founders, gaining exposure to all layers of the company

Requirements:
- Extensive Meta Media Buyer experience is mandatory
- Bonus points for Google ads experience
- Previous coaching experience is preferred - note if you have performed media buying for the fitness industry previously that is a nice to have, but not essential
- Availability for client calls from 8:30 am in the morning Sydney timezone
- Team player mindset for a high-performing environment crucial
