In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the procurement function and various business units. Ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient vendor management, and adherence to compliance standards.
​Responsibilities:Create and issue the Purchase Orders for goods and services.Implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing requirements.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quality, and purchase terms.Assist with supplier selection and contract negotiations as needed.Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.Analyze the Requisition to Purchase Order process and align with stakeholders to drive any improvements.Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.Analyse procurement data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLAs) and implement measures to drive continuous improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirement:5-8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect sourcing.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.Why Join Us?Exceptional Talent: Join forces with some of the brightest minds in the industry and unleash your full potential.Global Impact: Be part of a truly global team and make your mark on the gaming landscape worldwide.Innovative Culture: Innovation is in our DNA.
