- Act as the primary contact for new business inquiries.
- Research and identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, market research, database work, and sales team leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
- Present our services to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Secure signed agreements from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and soliciting feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and growth.
- Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Solicit feedback from landlords to identify areas for enhancement and implement actionable solutions.
- Prepare regular monthly reporting.
- Leasing of all new business.
- Process lease applications, conduct screenings, and negotiate lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate move-in processes for new business, conducting inspections and documenting property condition.
- Conduct open homes and private inspections as required.
- Manage and maintain a 'new business' portfolio for three months and provide handover to the ongoing Property Manager.
You will need:
- New Business experience.
- Property Management experience .
- Current driver's license and reliable car.
- Current ACT Real Estate License
