About Our Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Assistant to join our Growth team. This role will provide administrative & support to the Head of Growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring new homes are onboarded in an efficient manner and roadblocks are managed or escalated as required.
Preparation of video walk throughs for our extensive investor client base
Liaison with selling agents to coordinate property inspections
Preparation of residential properties for tenancy
Assist with coordinating work orders and oversee renovations and property improvements
Provide professional communication and feedback to investors
About You & Required
Certificate of Registration for real estate (Essential)
Drivers Licence (Essential)
Sound understanding of the Property and Real Estate industries.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication approach as required.
Proven ability to multi-task, manage priorities and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, project management and organisation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,& PropertyMe with strong technology skills.
Professional, mature, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration.
