Business Development Associate

Harcourts Solutions is searching for Business Development Associate to join our growing team. 

Join our growing team at Harcourts Solutions as a Business Development Associate. Your pivotal role will contribute significantly to the continuous expansion of our Property Management Division, focusing on developing and nurturing new business clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct rental appraisals for sales people
• Prepare and send Form 6s
• Provide pipeline reporting for the PM Director
• Provide good news stories to the Marketing Team for social media posts
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients and their properties
• Manage compliance for new properties
• Manage databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Assisting in the preparation of new homes to rent 
• Effective communication with clients across various mediums
• Assist with reception as required 

About You 

Experience, qualifications and skills required:

• Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Current Driver's License
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Energetic and well organised
• Customer service orientated with a high attention to detail
• Professional working manner and personal presentation
